Terms of Use and Ticket Sales

Please read these Terms before you create an account or buy a ticket on this website.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by EKG Productions ([Registered business name], [Business address]). By creating an account or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Give us your real name, mobile number and email, and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person may use one account.
3. Buying tickets
Prices are in Philippine pesos. A service fee is added on top of the ticket price and is shown before you pay. The seats you select are held for a limited time, shown by the timer on the page. If you do not finish paying in that time, the seats are released. Ticket limits per order and per account are shown on the site. An order is confirmed only after your payment is confirmed.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by PayMongo. We do not see or store your card details.
5. Waiting room and fair access
When many people buy at once, we may use a waiting room. Using bots, scripts, or several accounts to get ahead of other buyers is not allowed. We may remove you from the line, cancel unpaid orders, and suspend or block accounts that break this rule.
6. E-tickets and QR codes
Your e-tickets are sent to your email. Please save them: download them, take a screenshot, or print them. Each ticket allows one entry and can be scanned once. Keep your QR code private. Anyone who has it can use the ticket, and we cannot replace a ticket that was shared, copied or posted online. Check your spam folder if you do not see the email. You can ask us to email your tickets again from your profile, once a day.
7. Resale
Tickets are for personal use. You may give your ticket to a friend or family member. Reselling above the original price, or reselling as a business, is not allowed.
8. At the venue
Staff may ask for a valid ID and check bags. Follow the venue rules on food, drinks and prohibited items. A copied or already-used QR code is rejected at the gate. Phone photos for personal use are fine; professional cameras are not allowed. Re-entry is not allowed unless the event page says so. Guests under 18 may enter only with a parent or guardian, and only if the event allows it.
9. Photos and videos at events
EKG Productions takes photos and videos at its events. By attending, you accept that you may appear in them and that we may use them for our own posters, social media and promotion.
10. The event
Schedules, line-ups and venue details may change, and we announce changes on our official pages. The venue and the organizer may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks the rules or puts others at risk, with no refund.

How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
13. Limits of our responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our control, such as internet or payment-provider outages.

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page.
15. Governing law
Philippine law applies. Disputes go to the proper courts of [City], Philippines.
