Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please read this before you pay. It applies to every ticket sold on this website.
1. All sales are final
We do not refund or exchange tickets if you change your mind, cannot attend, lose your QR code, or pick the wrong seat. Please check your seats and the total before you pay.
2. If the event is cancelled by EKG Productions
You get a full refund of the ticket price [and the service fee] to your original payment method within [10] working days. We will announce it on our official pages and by email.
3. If the event is postponed or rescheduled
Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may ask for a refund within [14] days after the new date is announced.
4. If your payment arrives after your seats were released
If the seats are no longer available, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
5. Double charges or payment problems
Do not pay again. Contact us with your order number and we will check and fix it.
6. Paid but no ticket
Check your spam folder first. Then open your profile and press Email my tickets to get the email again (you can ask once a day). If you still cannot find them, contact us with your order number.
